Welcome to LG&E and KU Energy! You have 30 days from your date of hire to make your new hire benefit election. If you do not make an election or return the required documentation within the required timeframe, the company will assume that you have waived your benefit coverage.
Four Enrollment Steps:
1.) Decide on your benefit options by reviewing the 2013 New Hire Guide and recorded webinar.
2.) Enroll online using MyHR.
3.) Return the life insurance “Beneficiary Designation” form to the Benefits Dept.
4.) Send the required documentation, including the "Verification of Spousal Health Care Coverage Form" if covering a spouse, to the Benefits Dept.
