With paperless billing, you get:

   •  a reminder email letting you know when your bill is available to view and when it's due

   •  an environmentally friendly bill

   •  safe and secure access to your current and previous bills

   •  the option to view and print your current and previous bills

There's no fee to sign up, and you choose how you want to pay your bill (automatic payment through your bank account, online, by phone or mail).

A. You will receive an email to let you know your bill is ready to be viewed. The email message contains a summary, including the total amount due and the date your bill is due so you can make note of this information if you aren't able to sign in to your account right away. 2. Select your account.

3. Click on the Billing Options link under "My Bill."

4. Then select "Paperless" in the "Billing Preference" column.
