Open Enrollment for 2016 is October 12-26, 2015.

As in past years, employees who are currently enrolled in coverage but fail to complete their elections during Open Enrollment will be defaulted to the PPO Standard medical option and the Delta Dental Basic dental option.

Also, if you default, you will NOT have vision coverage, group legal coverage, and you will not have any FSA employee contributions for either the Health Care Reimbursement Account or the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account.

What's New:
For 2015, the PPO High Deductible option is being replaced in 2016 with a qualified High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account. Employee premiums in 2016 will remain the same as in 2015, if you and your spouse (if a dependent on the medical plan) completed the Healthy for Life premium requirements.
