Request for Proposals to Sell Renewable Energy (RFP)

Louisville Gas and Electric Company (“LG&E”) and Kentucky Utilities Company (“KU”) (together the “Companies”) are evaluating alternatives to provide least-cost long-term supply of renewable energy to serve our customers. The Companies are exploring additions no earlier than 2026 to enable the Companies to address potential EPA regulations, load growth, and diversification of the Companies’ generation portfolio.
