If you need additional time to pay your bill, you may be eligible for a payment arrangement.

If you are unable to make your payment by the due date and have received a separate disconnect notice, use our self-service options to set up a payment arrangement. The past due amount must be paid by the new date to avoid disconnection.

Mobile app

Use the mobile app to make a payment arrangement, pay your bill, view payment history and more.

To make a payment arrangement, log in to the app and look for the Payment Arrangement option in the Available Payment Programs section.
