You can make a payment arrangement immediately without waiting for a live representative. Have your account number and your account identifier (typically the last 4 of your social) handy.  If your account is eligible for a payment extension, the system will automatically deliver the longest time available and provide a confirmation number when you accept. This is the fastest, easiest way to make arrangements.

Disconnect notice

If you have received a disconnection notice and are unable to pay the total delinquent amount by the final payment date, please call our customer service department to ensure we resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
