Keep it simple: Sign up for Paperless Billing to reduce your paper pile

Who needs more paper? If you’re looking to simplify your life and reduce the amount of paper you get in the mail, consider signing up for paperless billing for your monthly LG&E, KU or ODP bill. You’ll receive an email each month that provides the current amount due and the payment due date, along with a link to view or pay your bill safely and securely. As always, you’ll still have control on how you want to pay!

Step 1: Sign up

You can sign up through our mobile app or My Account. On the mobile app, tap Paperless Billing and then Sign Up for Paperless Billing. On My Account, click Billing Options, change your billing preference to Paperless and click Submit

Step 2: Verify your email address

After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email from us to confirm your email address. Click the confirmation link in the email, and you’re all set!

With paperless billing, it’s also a good idea to consider My Notifications. You can receive text, email and/or voice call reminders when your bill is ready for viewing, five days before the due date or one day past the due date (only if your payment hasn’t been received).
