Community grants

We invest in the improvement of the quality of life in our communities.

Our focus areas:
  • Economic Development - Supporting organizations that empower business and growth in the communities we serve.
     
  • Education - Supporting innovative educational programs within public elementary, middle and secondary schools and public and private post-secondary schools. Programs involving math, science and technology are priorities.
     
  • Environment - Supporting environmental excellence is inherent and vital for the protection of our communities in which we live and play, and helps promote economic growth.
     
  • Diversity - Supporting programs that promote diversity and strive to embrace and encourage the inclusion of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Grant applications

Grant applications will be accepted through our online grant portal. All applications and corresponding documentation must be submitted electronically through the portal.

Applications will be accepted in March and October. Award notifications will be sent approximately two months after each application period.

Organizations can apply for both a community grant and event sponsorship within the same cycle. An organization is only eligible to receive funding once per calendar year.  (Note: Grant applications in March support activities in the same calendar year, while grant applications in October support activities in the following calendar year.)
