My Meter

Your My Meter dashboard provides helpful tools to manage your energy use. It lets you see how your habits affect your energy use, how extreme weather can change your bills, and lets you track other factors that impact your monthly costs.

My Meter is available through My Account to all customers with an advanced meter.

If your energy usage is high, use My Meter to find out why.

  • Know sooner - see your energy usage before you see your bill.
  • Stay alert - set and manage notifications.
  • Be prepared - learn the impact of weather on your energy use.
  • Take action - adjust your habits to reduce energy use.
  • Sign into My Account and view your energy use with My Meter.

Don’t have an advanced meter? If you have previously declined an advanced meter – referred to as opt-out – but now wish to have your meter upgraded – referred to as opt-in – please go to our meter opt in request form.
