How can I see the energy information from my advanced meter by accessing the My Meter dashboard?

Your advanced meter records your energy usage information in 15-minute intervals which is sent to our systems every few hours and can be seen by signing into your My Account. You will find the “View My Meter” link under “Account History.”

Your My Meter dashboard provides helpful tools to manage your energy use. It lets you see how your habits, extreme weather, and other factors impact your monthly costs.

If you don’t have an online My Account, the registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes. Just be sure to have your account number available. Register your account online.

What is an advanced meter?

Advanced meters transmit energy usage information to us at more frequent intervals throughout the day, unlike non-AMI meters which are read only once a month.

Advanced meters send and receive information related to your energy service through a secure communication network. We use the data from your advanced meter to generate bills, to run a more reliable and efficient energy grid, and to deliver a higher level of service to you.
