Although Tom Rieth grew up in Indiana, he "always viewed LG&E as a solid company" and quickly applied for an engineer's position when the opportunity became available in 2001. He is currently director of Gas Operations, Construction and Engineering, where his responsibility is for the leadership, direction and oversight of gas construction, operation, maintenance and engineering for the company's gas distribution system. Tom credits the team-oriented atmosphere with the company's successes.
