Customer care representatives are responsible for taking calls in a courteous and professional manner from residential customers with billing questions and service requests.


Business Service Center (BSC)

Representatives are responsible for taking calls from our commercial customers.


Business Office

Customer representatives work one-on-one with walk-in customers at the 26 LG&E and KU offices throughout the service territory.
