How to Report a Potential Violation of the Standards of Conduct

All inquiries regarding the FERC Standards of Conduct or these Standards of Conduct Written Procedures should be directed to the Standard of Conduct ("SOC") Chief Compliance Officer. The Standards of Conduct policies and procedures are created to ensure that transmission function and marketing function employees are operating independently of one another and prohibits the sharing of non-public transmission information with market function employees.
