Joe Howard joined LG&E and KU in July of 1993 and serves as the account manager for such well-known companies/organizations as Toyota, Fort Knox, Nestle and Flowers Bakery. He also works with automotive metal forging manufacturers in Kentucky that support Toyota and Ford.

Howard earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky. He is a professional engineer and has earned certifications in energy management, power quality, commissioning authority, and energy and environmental design.
