Opt-out request

Advanced meters help you manage your energy use and allow us to offer tools and services to our customers.

Customers who choose to not receive an upgrade to an advanced meter – referred to as opt out – may do so. (Opt-out fees apply to offset charges associated with the manual processes required to provide service.)

We ask that you complete the entire form if you choose to opt out. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
