Who needs gas for the grass? Go electric to be environmentally friendly.

If you haven’t already, you’ll soon be cranking up the lawn mower and weed trimmer for another season. The question is: Have you considered going electric? If not, you might want to give it some thought, especially if your yard is less than a half-acre in size. 

Electric lawn equipment has several advantages over its gas-powered cousins. Electric mowers:

• Are easier to maintain 
• Are quieter 
• Produce few carbon monoxide emissions 

So save the gas money, ditch the can and put a charge into your yard work this year.
