Keeping the streets safe and lit

June 7, 2021

One of the ways we help keep communities safe – for residents, businesses, drivers and pedestrians – is streetlights. Naturally there are times when a streetlight stops working and we rely on reports from our customers to make us aware when one goes out.

If you see a streetlight that isn’t working, grab your phone and give us a call to let us know.

When reporting a streetlight outage, be as specific as possible about its location. Our crews replace the lights during the day, so it’s helpful if you can provide an address, pole number and/or a landmark to help our technicians find the correct light when they arrive to make the repair.

If the light is in the parking lot of a business, do not contact us; contact the business to let them know it is out.

Let’s work together to keep our streets and alleys safe and lit!
