Are you planning to move in the near future? If so, be sure to get your new service request to us at least three business days before moving. We’ll also need your Social Security number, the location you are moving to and your contact information.
To complete your request, we need to have access to your new meter, whether it’s indoors or outdoors. If outside, please be sure there are no dogs, other pets or anything that would prevent our technician from accessing the meter.
For business customers, a deposit is required on all new commercial accounts. Plus, a visual inspection must be performed of the meter(s) located on the property.
