One of the ways we keep your account safe and secure is to verify the identity of anyone who contacts us about an account. If you call us directly or visit us in person at one of our business offices, we’ll verify it’s you by using personal identifiers. Once we’ve confirmed you’re responsible for or authorized to receive information about the account, we can share details with you.
There are also a couple of other ways you can easily check your billing status, day or night.

- Call us and press 1-2-1 to access our automated phone system.
