Training day: Call center closure reminder

Providing top-notch customer service is always a top priority for our company. As we work toward that goal, our call center will be closed February 16 to allow our customer service team to receive additional training.

But don’t worry...our mobile app allows you to conduct business with us any time, day or night, seven days a week. (Download the latest app version by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in the app stores.) You can also use your online account, My Account. (If you haven’t done so already, create an online account easily at my.lge-ku.com.)

And remember, even when our call center closes, our technicians and other employees will be ready to help with energy needs or emergencies.
