Use Call Back Assist to save your place in line without waiting on the phone

Some days, our phones ring more than others. That’s why we offer “Call Back Assist” – a feature that allows you to hold your place in line, even after hanging up the phone.

So how does it work? When you call us and are waiting to speak to a representative, you’ll be offered the opportunity to hold your spot in line if the anticipated wait exceeds four minutes. After you follow the prompts to activate the option, wait for the confirmation message before hanging up. Then we’ll call you back when it’s your turn to speak to a rep – allowing you to continue with your day without giving up your spot in line.

If you answer the return call on the first attempt, the recording will ask you to press 1 to talk to an agent or press 2 to cancel the request. After pressing 1, you will hear any recorded announcements before being connected to a live rep.

If our first attempt to return your call goes to your voicemail, gets a busy signal or is not answered, we’ll try a second time, approximately five minutes later, depending on call volume. Be sure to answer so we can connect you to a rep to take care of your request.
