Customer claims

Our Claims Department responds to all claims made against Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company for property damage, bodily injury, or business loss. Claims are processed courteously, objectively, and in line with our operating tariffs, applicable statutes, and regulations.

There are two ways to file a claim:

1. Email the claim form (PDF) and supporting documentation to LGEKUClaims@lge-ku.com
2. Mail the claim form (PDF) and supporting documentation to:
