Here’s some help for your monthly budget planning

Managing a monthly budget is always challenging. To help make your planning a bit easier, consider our Budget Payment Plan. The program will make your monthly utility bill more consistent, even though the weather can fluctuate from one extreme to the other in a month’s time. And that means managing your household finances will be less of headache.

How it works

When you sign up, we’ll provide you with a customized initial budget payment amount that is based on an average of the previous 12 months of bills at your current address.

At the end of your first 12 months, if you used less energy than anticipated, you’ll receive a credit toward future bills. If you used more energy than anticipated, you’ll owe the difference on that month’s bill.

Twice a year we’ll review and possibly adjust your monthly payment to reduce the chance of an outstanding balance.

As a lower-energy-usage month, October is a good time to sign up for the Budget Payment Plan, as are April, May and September. However, you can sign up whenever you like. Just visit lge-ku.com/budget to get started.

And, for even more convenience, consider our Auto Pay feature. Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. You’ll still get a monthly statement in plenty of time to verify the information and record the amount and date of the automatic withdrawal.
