More cash-accepting retailers coming your way

As we prepare to close all our business offices no later than the end of 2024, we’re also working to expand the number of retailers/stores who accept cash payments for us.

Kroger® and Walmart® stores already accept cash payments at their Customer Service desks for your monthly bill, but we’re taking steps now to expand to other retailers near you.

When we’re ready, we will provide more information and you’ll see a barcode on the back of your bill that can be scanned at some local retailers to pay your bill while you’re in line. Just have the barcode scanned at the register and make your cash payment, and then your payment will be on its way to us! Learn more.
