Making sure it’s you: One key way we help keep your account safe

The security of your account is paramount. Period. End of story. Whenever anyone contacts us about an account, either by phone or by visiting one of our business offices, we make sure to verify their identity to be certain the person is the responsible party for the account or is authorized to receive information about it. We do that by asking for personal identifiers such as Social Security number, account number, home address and/or phone number. Only after we’ve verified your identity will we share any information about your account.

We also have a couple of options for you to easily check the status of your bill anytime you want.
