If you are unable to make your payment by the due date and have received a separate disconnect notice, use our self-service options to set up a payment arrangement. The past due amount must be paid by the new date to avoid disconnection.

Have your account identifier (typically the last 4 digits of your social security number) and account number handy. Call the number and use the fast path below to request a payment arrangement. If you’re eligible, the system will automatically extend your payment for the longest available time. Be sure to pay by that date to avoid disconnection of your service.
