As part of our commitment to provide you the very best service, our customer service representatives will be in training Monday, Oct. 10...meaning our business offices and call centers will be closed that day. This is the second of two training days our representatives have each year.

Fret not, you can continue to conduct business with us on that day if you want. Simply use our mobile app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) or access your account through My Account (my.lge-ku.com) to review/pay your bill, make a payment arrangement and more.

All other employees, including our technicians, will be working that day to make sure you continue to have safe, reliable energy and to respond to any emergency.

And, if you choose, you can still call us for outages and emergencies.
