The Customer Service Representative (CSR) test is used to help select candidates for customer service and call center positions. This computer-based test provides applicants with an interactive experience that “looks” like the job and measures the speed and accuracy of electronic data entry, assesses the skills associated with taking applications for service, disconnecting service, responding to customer inquiries regarding power outages, customers' bill inquiries, including high bill complaints, and granting and denying payment extensions. There is no practice test for the CSR test.
