Keeping a tidy home starts by reducing the amount of clutter coming through the door. One easy first step toward a clutter-free home is enrolling in our paperless billing program. There are two ways to sign up:
- Through our free mobile app (search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores) – Then simply tap Paperless Billing and then Sign Up for Paperless Billing.
- Through My Account – Sign in to your online account at my.lge-ku.com. Then click Billing Options, change your billing preference to Paperless and click Submit.
After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email from us to confirm your email address. Click the confirmation link in the email, and you’re all set!
Once enrolled, you’ll receive monthly emails that include a summary of your bill plus the amount due and your due date for payment. The email also includes a direct link to your complete bill, where you’ll be able to make safe and secure payments.
Want to further streamline your monthly bill payment? Try pairing paperless billing with the My Notifications feature found in our mobile app. Not only will you receive reminders each month via your choice of text, email or voice call, but you can also choose exactly when you want to be reminded – when your bill is ready to be viewed, five days before payment is due or one day past the due date (if payment hasn’t been received).
