Training Day: Call center closed October 13

We always strive to provide our customers with top-flight service. To help maintain that standard, our call centers will be closed Monday, Oct. 13, during which our customer service teams will receive additional training.

Despite the closure, customers can always use our mobile app to conduct business with us any day, 24/7. (Download the latest version of the app by by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in the app stores.) And, of course, while our call center will be closed October 13, our hardworking technicians and other employees will remain ready to help in case of emergencies or other energy needs.
