Maintaining your mental and emotional health is just as important as ensuring your physical health. That’s why the company offers two resources for employees and their families.

Life Solutions by Corporate Counseling Associates (CCA)
CCA offers Life Solutions, a work/life assistance program. CCA offers free, confidential services and round-the-clock access to:

• Personal and family counseling – up to eight sessions per topic, per employee or household member – at no cost to participants
• Lifestyle and career coaching
• Legal advice
• Child and adult care
• Financial guidance and more!

Services are available to employees and their families by calling CCA at 833-510-1435 for a phone or in-person consultation. Please note special considerations may apply to minors.

Mental health professional by CareATC
Employees/spouses on the company’s medical plan* have access to a CareATC mental health professional through the Healthy for Life clinics. LG&E and KU employees will be able to schedule in-person or virtual appointments. Learn how to schedule an appointment.

*$30 per visit for HDHP w/ HSA or no HSA; no co-pay for EPO and PPO plans.
