Bill payment by mail

Effective June 29, all mailed business payments will be processed in Pennsylvania. The new mailing addresses are listed below.

Your paper bill stub and remittance envelope will reflect this change as of the effective date, but if you use a third-party payor or automated payment processor, you must notify them.

Failure to send your payment to this address by October 31, 2021 will result in your payment being returned and your account will be subject to late fees.

Please allow extra time when mailing payments to avoid mail delays and late payment charges.

Business office walk-in locations

Please observe the signs upon entering. Because we care about you, we continue to:

  • Comply with CDC guidelines and governors’ recommendations.
  • Require use of face coverings for those who are unvaccinated.
  • Use protective workstation barriers.
  • Wash our hands frequently.
  • Provide hand sanitizer stations.
  • Enhance our cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting.
  • Require employees to wear face coverings when appropriate.

Offices with a drive-through window
Drive-through windows are open for customer transactions.

Offices without a drive-through window
Some of our business offices do not have a drive-through window option. Customers can continue to use the Payment Drop Box as a touch-free way to leave payments. Be sure to seal your payment in an envelope and include your bill stub and/or Name, Address, Phone Number and Account Number with your payment.
