- A deposit is required on all new commercial accounts, calculated as 2/12 (two twelths, or two months) of annual bill
- A visual inspection must be done on the premises.
- Submissions after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
- Please help us complete your service request by providing access to any basement/cellar where the meter is located. If the meter is outside, please ensure your gate or fence is unlocked. In addition, please remove your pets from the area where the meter is located.
- Change of service requires a three (3) business day notice prior to desired change date.
