Co-op and intern program

In addition to providing real-world experience and competitive pay, our co-ops and interns receive a variety of additional benefits:

The co-op/internship program follows a typical recruiting timeline:

Craft worker intern program 

If you’re at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED and enrolled in a technical program, we invite you to consider our Craft Worker Internship Program, which provides paid internships in a variety of departments and company locations. Benefits may include the following.

Line tech training program

This program provides students with instruction and training needed to begin a career as a line technician in the utility industry. The program is led by instructors who are experienced journeyman lineman with years of industry and training experience.

Participants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. They must pass the DOT physical requirements and obtain a CDL driver’s permit before the first day of class (a valid driver’s license is required to obtain the permit).

Enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and class size is limited.

Tuition includes all training materials, curriculum, books, CPR certification and personal equipment that the student takes with them after completion of the program.
