Time for honoring Abe and George while improving customer service

Presidents Day is just around the corner (Monday, February 17), and that means our customer service centers and call centers will be closed while the employees who work at those centers undergo additional training to enhance their customer service skills.

Although our offices will be closed on that day, our technicians will remain on the job – as they always do – to make sure you have the safe, reliable, affordable energy you need every day. Should you encounter a power emergency, our technicians will be ready to address the issue to get your power restored as quickly as possible.

A quick reminder: your monthly bill payment is never due on a day our offices are closed, but you can make a payment if you want by using one of two simple options.
