If you need some extra time to pay your monthly bill, you could be eligible to make a payment arrangement. There are several options for you to set up a payment arrangement.

Mobile app:
Log in to our free mobile app – download it or search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores. Eligible customers can sign up for a “Payment Arrangement” beneath “Available Payment Programs.”

Sign in to your online account (My Account). Eligible customers can click on “Payment Arrangement” in the “Payment Programs” section.

Use our automated phone system to set up a payment arrangement. Have your account number and account identifier (usually the last four digits of your Social Security number) ready, call us and then press 1-2-2-1. (Business customers press 2-2-2-1.)
