It’s that time of year again! As we near the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, here’s a reminder that our call center will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Even though your monthly bill is never due on a day our office is closed, you can still make a payment – or conduct any other business with us – on these days. One option is to use our free mobile app – download it by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores. You may also sign in to your online account (My Account) or easily create one. Finally, our automated phone system is available 24/7. Call us and press 1-2-1 for your account balance and due date or press 1-2-3 to make a payment.

And, of course, even with our office closed, we won’t leave you out in the cold. Our technicians and other employees will still be on the job, ready to help keep your power and gas flowing and respond to any emergencies.
