Here’s to a happy and safe holiday season

The holiday season is here, so this is a quick reminder that our customer service centers and call centers will be closed Tuesday, December 24; Wednesday, December 25; and Wednesday, January 1.

There are employees working on those days, and, as always, our line technicians, field operators, gas technicians and others will be on the job ready to respond if you have an emergency or to make any repairs that may be necessary.

While you never have to pay your monthly bill when our offices are closed, here are a couple of options if you choose to make your payment on one of those days:

• Use your online account. (Easily create one at my.lge-ku.com if you don’t have one.)
• Call us and press 1-2-3.
