Power out? It’s easy to let us know and to stay informed.

Did you know you can easily report a power outage to us by text? Make sure you’re ready if the need arises. Sign in to your online account to enter your mobile number or confirm it is on file with us. (Go to my.lge-ku.com to quickly create an account if you don’t have one.) Then, if your power goes out, simply text OUTAGE to 454358 (4LGEKU). You’ll get a text back from us confirming the location. And you can stay updated on your situation by texting STATUS. Finally, when we have restored your power, we’ll send you a text to confirm your power has been restored.

Of course, you can always report an outage through your online account or by calling us.

A great way to stay informed during any service interruption is with our outage map. Visit stormcenter.lge-ku.com to see highly detailed outage information within our service area, including the number of customers without power and estimated time of restoration, when available. You can also download the outage map to your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play.
