We have expanded our bill payment options to give you more choices to conveniently make an online or phone payment any time day or night from the comfort and security of your home. Newly added options include PayPal, Amazon Pay or Venmo. 

These new options are just a few of the ways to pay. Here’s a full list if you’re looking for an option that works best for you: 

Online 

• Auto pay – sign up to have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your bank account, credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Venmo. 
• One-time payments – 
  • Bank account – pay with your checking or savings account. 
  • Other – pay with debit/ATM card, credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Venmo or text.

Phone 

• Call us and press 1-2-3. Available 24/7. 

Mail 

• Use the return envelope that comes with your bill to mail us a check or money order. 

Want to pay in person?

We offer options that allow you to do that with limited contact: 

• Pay at one of our CheckFreePay authorized retail locations such as Kroger and Walmart. Visit our website for specific locations. 
• Visit one of our business offices. You can find a full list of locations and hours of operation on our website. Convenient payment drop box for after-hours payments; checks only. Please do NOT deposit cash in the drop box.
