Here’s helpful bill-paying information for business customers

We offer a variety of ways to conveniently receive and pay your bill, including the electronic payment options below. These options are available anytime and are fast, easy and secure – additional fees may apply.

New mobile app – General Service Rate business customers can use our new mobile app to view and pay their bills, track and report power outages and more. Available in the App Store and Google Play.

Automatic payments – Have your monthly payments deducted from your bank account or use another form of payment such as debit/credit card, PayPal, etc. Payments are always made on the bill due date.

Online payment – Pay online with or without logging into your account using your account number.

Pay by phone – Pay by phone with your bank account or debit/credit card.

Paperless billing – Receive your bill electronically via email.

Just send a check or money order along with the payment stub from your bill using the return envelope included with your bill. Please allow up to seven days from the mailing date for receipt and processing of your payment.
