Our customer service representatives will be in training Monday, Oct. 11, which means our business offices and call centers will be closed on that day. Our representatives have training twice a year to make sure they are fully prepared to provide you the best service possible.
Even though our reps will be in training, you can still conduct business with us on that day if you like. Use our mobile app or go to my.lge-ku.com to access your account to review/pay your bill, make a payment arrangement, start or stop service, etc.
All our other employees will be available to perform routine service requests; ensure safe, reliable energy; or respond to any emergency.
