Let’s face it, we all like convenience and simplicity. It saves time and helps reduce stress. One way to simplify your life (and avoid postal delays) is to go paperless when it comes to your monthly utility bill. And we make it easy to do – if you haven’t already, just download our mobile app in the App or Google Play stores. With a few taps, you can register your account and sign up for paperless billing.

With paperless billing, you’ll receive an email each month providing a summary of your bill – the current amount due and the payment due date – along with a link to view your complete bill and make your payment safely and securely.

We also recommend pairing paperless billing with My Notifications, which you can also set up in our app. You’ll get a reminder each month about your bill via text, email and/or voice call – the choice is yours. You also tell us when you want to be notified – when your bill is ready for viewing, five days before the payment due date or one day past the due date (only if your payment hasn’t been received).
