A simple way to help simplify your life

Less paper frequently means less stress. And when it comes to keeping up with bills, that is certainly the case. So, here’s a thought...consider going paperless with your monthly bill.

Just open our mobile app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) and – with only a few taps – you can register your account and sign up for paperless billing. One less piece of mail!

You’ll get an email every month showing the current amount due plus the payment due date. The email also includes a link to My Account, where you can see your complete bill and make a safe and secure payment, both of which can be done on the mobile app, too.

Don’t worry that you won’t have the paper bill to remind you – set up My Notifications (also available in the app). You’ll get a reminder about your bill each month by text, email and/or voice call – the choice is yours. You even decide when you want to be notified – when your bill is ready for viewing, five days before the payment due date or one day past the due date (only if your payment hasn’t been received).
