Here's hoping your holiday season is the best it can be

’Tis the season. For the upcoming Christmas and New Year’s holidays, our business offices and call centers will be closed Friday, Dec. 22, and Monday, Dec. 25, in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas. They will also be closed Monday, Jan. 1, for New Year’s Day.

Even though your monthly bill is never due on a day our offices are closed, you can make a payment on any of those days – or conduct any other business with us – via other options. Use our free mobile app – download it or search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores. You can also sign in to your online account (My Account) or easily create one. A third option is to simply call us and press 1-2-1 for your account balance and due date. If you want to make a payment, just press 1-2-3.

Though our offices will be closed, technicians and other employees will be working on those days to make sure the power stays on and to be ready to respond to any power emergency. Happy holidays!
