Here’s a friendly reminder that our payment mailing addresses have changed. The addresses for mailing all payments are now:

Your paper bill stub includes the new address, but if you use a third-party or an automated payment processor (such as a bank) to pay your bills, you must notify them directly or update the remittance address if you have not yet done so.
Please allow extra time when mailing payments to avoid mail delays and late payment charges.
To ensure timely processing, we also offer a variety of convenient ways to receive and pay your bill, including the electronic payment options listed below. These options are available anytime and are fast, easy and secure. Note additional fees may apply.
- Mobile App – Use our mobile app to view and pay your bill, report power outages and more. Download the app or search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores.
- Auto Pay – Have your monthly payments deducted from your bank account or use another form of payment such as debit/credit card, PayPal, etc. Payments are always made on the date your bill is due.
- Online – Pay online with or without logging in to your account using your account number.
- Phone – Pay by phone with your bank account or credit/debit card. Simply call our automated phone system and follow the prompts.
- Paperless Billing – Receive your bill electronically via email. Simply sign up through the mobile app or through your online account (My Account). If you want to receive text, email and/or voice reminders before your bill’s due date, sign up for My Notifications as well.
