New options make paying bills with cash a breeze

Looking for an easy and convenient way to pay your bill while out and about? Our newly expanded retailer options – which now include the likes of CVS^®, Dollar General^®, Family Dollar^® and Walgreens^™ – allow you to use the barcode on the back of your utility bill to make a cash payment while in line with a cashier.

Don’t have a physical bill on hand? No problem! We’ve also made accessing your barcode through our handy mobile app even easier. Simply open our mobile app and tap the Pay In Person button found on the app home screen. (Just be sure you’ve first downloaded the latest version of our mobile app, or by searching “LG&E KU ODP” via the App Store or Google Play.)

Soon, we’ll even offer the ability to add your barcode to your Apple or Google wallets. Stay tuned!
