Clear up the clutter with paperless billing

Clearing out the clutter isn’t reserved just for springtime! With fall just around the corner, there’s no better time to streamline your monthly bills by opting in to paperless billing.

Signing up couldn’t be easier. Simply download our free mobile app or search “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores), register your account and follow the directions. You could also enroll through your online account, My Account.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive monthly emails featuring a summary of your bill, including the amount due and the due date. You’ll also receive a link where you can review your complete bill and make safe and secure bill payments.

To make things even easier, you can pair paperless billing with our mobile app’s My Notifications feature. This ensures you’ll receive monthly reminders via your choice of text, email or voice call. You can even decide when you’ll be notified – when your bill is ready to be viewed, five days before payment is due or one day past the due date (if payment has not been received).
