Thanksgiving schedule update

Our call centers will be closed Nov. 27 and 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Despite the closure, customers can always use our mobile app to conduct business with us any day, 24/7. (Download the latest version of the app by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in the app stores.) Another option is to use your online account, at my.lge-ku.com, to take care of your account needs.

And, of course, while our call center will be closed, our hardworking technicians and other employees will remain ready to help in case of emergencies or other needs.
