The holidays are (almost) here!

With the holidays just around the corner, we wanted to share a friendly reminder that our call center will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 24; Thursday, Dec. 25; and Thursday, Jan. 1.

Need to make a payment or conduct other business with us on these days? You can always use our free mobile app – download it by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores. Another option is to sign in to your online account (My Account) or easily create one at my.lge-ku.com. If you’d prefer to call, our automated phone system is available 24/7. LG&E customers can call 502-589-1444 (800-331-7370 outside Louisville), while KU and ODP customers can call 800-981-0600. Once dialed in, press 1-2-1 for your account balance and due date or press 1-2-3 to make a payment.

As always, even though our call center will be closed, our dedicated technicians and other employees will be working throughout the holidays, keeping your power on and ready to respond to emergencies.
