Even though company call centers will be closed Dec. 24, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 in observance of the upcoming holidays, you can still handle your utility business anytime using our convenient 24/7 self-service tools via our automated phone system, our mobile app or with My Account at my.lge-ku.com.

Note: You can still report emergencies via phone and our dedicated technicians and emergency crews remain on the job around the clock, ready to keep your energy flowing safely and respond to any emergencies throughout the holiday season.

Reminder: As we reported last month, the call center is also closed Nov. 26 and 27.
