As colder temperatures arrive, heating equipment works harder and energy usage rises. LG&E, KU and ODP partners with community organizations to offer financial relief, energy efficiency support, and flexible billing options to help keep your home warm and your bill manageable this winter.

If you need assistance with your energy bill this coming winter, there are a number of programs designed to support income-eligible customers. These programs include LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program), various local agency assistance programs and more. Need a little bit of extra time to pay your monthly bill? You may be eligible to make a payment arrangement. Set up a payment arrangement through our mobile app (by searching “LG&E KU ODP” in app stores), online through My Account or by calling our automated phone line at 502-589-1444 for LG&E customers or 800-981-0600 for KU and ODP customers.
